Staff was not helpful at all and couldn't be bothered assisting with inquiries about my kids shoes would have given zero stars if there was an option

Quite a bad experience today just like the quality of shoes that I bought from them and the sales guy refused to accommodate the query and said that the warranty period is no more than 6 months whereas the time of purchase I was told that it’s 12 months for any fault. The sales guy even denied to consider it a fault saying it natural whereas the shoes padding has ripped off clearly showing that it’s the manufacturing fault.
