Unfortunately I wanted to get some running shoes I needed to try some also would’ve appreciated someone to help me pick one and guide me through it. The lady didn’t ask me if I needed help I’ve waited and she didn’t come and then when I spoke with her she had crazy attitude I’m not sure what was wrong with her I asked her the size i wanted and she got it and kinda threw it on the chair with attitude no help nothing… her face and demeanour was just too much. We tried exchanging some faulty shoes that we bought in January. The sole of the shoes was completely split in half. We saw the manager at highpoint and she said that we can’t return or exchange unless they are faulty. My son had wore them at school for 5 months excluding days he had PE. At my son’s school he just walks around not playing sport outside like soccer or AFL. Skechers is a brand that has shoes that last a minimum of 2 years. My feet were apparently too small for the men's shoes yet too big for women's. I have never had so trouble finding my size anywhere else. The staff member was very unhelpful and really made me feel like my feet were the problem rather than the store's extremely limited size selection. I wish there were more places that carried nonslip shoes. Edit: I found what I needed at Asics and the experience was night and day.
Staff was not helpful at all and couldn't be bothered assisting with inquiries about my kids shoes would have given zero stars if there was an option
