I received a pair of shoes with my order that had no reference or receipt, so I went to the store for help. Instead of assisting, the staff treated me like I’d done something wrong and called the manager. She then told me, “you have to leave those shoes here,” which was completely inappropriate. I visited the Skechers Harbour Town store today with my family and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I found the assistant manager, Georgia, to be quite rude on two occasions. When I politely asked about a shoe size, I was told in a raised and unfriendly tone that I needed to stand in line, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
