Went in about 1 month ago and there where two girls behind the desk. Was standing there with a shoe in my hand for about 3 minutes (girls just both still said and did nothing) So I walked out. for management to pass on to employees -when someone is trying to buy shoes they need the people working there to do their part.
Josh was very professional and gave a high level of customer service. I was very impressed as this was my first visit at this particular location. I will definitely be revisiting again in the near future.
