Great products, clean store and happy staff

Shop assistant Janel?condescending bordering on rude. Have avoided going in when she's there but needed to purchase today. Has very little customer service training. Will continue to avoid.
Love coming to Skechers and I try to stay loyal to them but, the young man who was working on the weekend constantly ignored us. We had been there for 10 minutes and had to approach him ourselves for help.
Can I just say how amazing Brooke is at Sketchers! She was patient and kind & interacted with my little ones so well whilst shopping for school shoes. She is an absolute credit to this store. You’ve got a returning customer in me! 5 ⭐️!!
