Everytime I come here, I’ve been wonderfully helped and given the right assistance. I have bigger feet than average, finding shoes is always a nightmare but I had a lovely lady Mel assist me swiftly and even recommend I try on wider feet shoes and goodness was she a magician! She just knew it would make difference for me and she was incredibly right. Thank you so much to her for making my day and making my afternoon walks 10 times more comfortable x

Shop assistant Janel?condescending bordering on rude. Have avoided going in when she's there but needed to purchase today. Has very little customer service training. Will continue to avoid.
Love coming to Skechers and I try to stay loyal to them but, the young man who was working on the weekend constantly ignored us. We had been there for 10 minutes and had to approach him ourselves for help.
