The guy that works there is quite rude. I only gave a 1 star as you can't put zero.... I would highly avoid the store....
Went in today with my daughter, not sure on the guys name but he was young, very helpful tried 4 or 5 different shoe types, he checked size fitting got her to walk to check the ankle movement etc, can’t recommend more. Will be back to the same person for the next set of shoes.
Had the loveliest experience at this Sketchers branch yesterday after having a negative one at their sister store in Karingal Hub. I believe the young man who served me was named Anthony and he couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Anthony is an asset to this business! I’ll most definitely be back here
A couple of weeks ago I got a lot of help picking the perfect shoes for myself out and I've been really happy, so today my partner and I went to get him a pair too and it was the same helpful guy working! He was really knowledgeable and helpful and we're really happy with our purchases and will definitely be back! Thanks to Cairo for being so patient and helpful
Just purchased a new pair of Arch Fit boots from the Frankston store. Excellent service and efficient, smoothless transactiin from picking the shoes to time of payment. I was served by Amy and she is very pleasant and helpful.
