The girl that was working in there today was so unhelpful. I asked for a size 7 and she went at the back and came back and just said “no size 7” and then walked away. Didn’t give any alternative when I was going to buy them lol didn’t even offer to order them in. A sale lost so easily when I was wanting to buy. What a shame for the company to hire people like that. They’re losing money for nothing.
Worst customer service the lady at the counter must have been a manager and was so rude.
I went to buy shoes and the staff was so incompetent. It seemed like they hadn’t been trained at all. They seemed uninterested in helping us. We wanted a particular shoe size but they took forever to find it. I don’t understand how you can hire such people if you want the store to profit. No wonder the store was empty. I am definitely never going back. Ruined our shopping experience.
I recently visited this store to buy a pair of shoes. I had already chosen the style I wanted and asked a staff member for my size, but she seemed uninterested and moved very slowly. Her attitude wasn’t very pleasant, and each stock check took a long time. When the size I needed wasn’t available, she didn’t make any effort to recommend similar options. It was frustrating, and I don’t plan to shop here again. Interestingly, as soon as I left, she immediately started chatting and laughing with other staff.
