Had a great experience thanks to Anika. I've been wearing sketcher shoes for over 10 years and have purchased multiple shoes across multiple stores in Australia, Europe and Asia. I would have to say Anika's service was the best. She was easily approachable and extremely efficient. I asked to try a specific size and she brought out multiple sizes including a similar design shoe. When I asked if they produced the older model I was wearing she kindly found one in a different state and organised the purchase.
A huge shout out to Anika, friendly attentively and super helpful. Went out of her way to find the correct sizes and when not available directed me to the emporium store. Thank you Anika
A nightmare. Bought 2 pairs of shoes for $300 got home and found that 1 pair was the correct size 7 and the other one was size 8??? Went back to store in Bendigo and asked refund of $169.99. Was told it would take 2 to 9 days. So I'm guessing they hold on to my money for as long as they can. Funny how my money went straight out of my account to them. Then rang Head Office and was told they will only deal with you online. A complete nightmare.
Poor experience. The salesperson seemed more interested in making a quick sale than getting the right fit for my daughter.
