Walked in today (18th Aug 26) at around 1:30pm looking for a new pair of work shoes, knew which ones I wanted, I was the only one in the store the two girls both behind the counter didn’t even say hello… one was on her phone.. if I could give 0 stars for customer service today I would.
We recently bought 2 pairs of shoes from Skechers. Great helpful staff. We ordered a pair of shoes which were delivered in less than 24 hours to home. Very impressive!!!
I went to buy my first pair of Skechers recently. Angela the sales assistant who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. I found a pair I liked, but unfortunately the store didn't have my size. Angela found another store that did have my size and I was able to purchase the shoes the following day. The shoes are extremely comfortable, and I am very happy with my purchase.
We went in during the weekday and it wasn’t busy at all. Customer service was appalling, I had to keep going over and asking questions. I took my mum and she clearly needed help with choosing the most suitable shoes for herself, I got the shoes out of the box and helped my mum. There were 2 ladies there, they answered the questions but didn’t want to actually come over and help!! Frustrating!!!
