I went to buy my first pair of Skechers recently. Angela the sales assistant who helped me was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. I found a pair I liked, but unfortunately the store didn't have my size. Angela found another store that did have my size and I was able to purchase the shoes the following day. The shoes are extremely comfortable, and I am very happy with my purchase.
We went in during the weekday and it wasn’t busy at all. Customer service was appalling, I had to keep going over and asking questions. I took my mum and she clearly needed help with choosing the most suitable shoes for herself, I got the shoes out of the box and helped my mum. There were 2 ladies there, they answered the questions but didn’t want to actually come over and help!! Frustrating!!!
Today I went late needing urgently a pair of shoes for work, I couldn’t decide between the different options they have, Luana the person serving in that moment was very patience bringing to me different sizes of the shoes I was interested, I really appreciate so much the big patience she had with me, highly satisfied with the service.
I went to this store at 4:45 pm today (Tuesday) for the very first time. Been Googling Skechers styles etc for a long time, but it was confusing with so many different inner soles, arch supports, sole designs and styles etc and I knew I had to attend the store, not buy online.
