Today I went late needing urgently a pair of shoes for work, I couldn’t decide between the different options they have, Luana the person serving in that moment was very patience bringing to me different sizes of the shoes I was interested, I really appreciate so much the big patience she had with me, highly satisfied with the service.
I went to this store at 4:45 pm today (Tuesday) for the very first time. Been Googling Skechers styles etc for a long time, but it was confusing with so many different inner soles, arch supports, sole designs and styles etc and I knew I had to attend the store, not buy online. I had a lot of questions. I take a slightly wider fitting, so never easy to shoe shop, plus the shoes need to be able to accommodate orthotics! The young man working there was brilliant. Very busy because of the sales but the staff were friendly, patient and helpful. Love my first pair of sketches
Was served by Rhiannon today and received great service. She found the time to give me a price check, find a shoe size for me and see if I liked the shoes. Store was clearly understaffed but she managed to happily serve 7 customers at once by herself. Store needs more staff, especially when there’s a sale going on and it’s the weekend. Apart from that, store had a great selection of shoes. When it comes to comfort, Skechers are always the top brand in mind.
