I was disappointed with your store as the staff were not helpful or pleasant. They seem un willing to help with sizes or fit. We were lelt to our devices to sort size and location of product . crap service
I needed to return a product . They were very helpful and got another great product
I bought a shoe few months ago and as per Sketcher’s claim I washed it once and one shoe was shrunk. I came back to the store and they said they can’t do anything about it as it has past 3 months time. Not sure why 3 months and why not 1 year and when you claim its washable it should be washable. Pretty disappointing. Definitely not coming back.
