The customer care representative were very rude even when they were at fault. After charging the wrong amount on the footwear when I went to ask for refund they are showing attitude towards me as if I am a charity case and they are favoring me while return my amount.
Omg , what a shambles absolutely the worst customer service . Went there had a pair to purchase and looking for another couldn’t get any help all they were worried about was getting stock done. I went to pay and the women spoke rudely and argued with me about a pair of shoes she said I wouldn’t be able to get elsewhere , she was horrible. And I’d your reading this I got the shoes online as I said !!!! So I walk out and left not buying the shoes.So I drove to chadstone where I purchase those shoes plus another pair .
