Very disappointing customer service experience I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the Skechers DFO store. I visited the store regarding an issue with the shoelaces on a pair of shoes, which appeared to be a company/manufacturing defect. Instead of assisting with the issue, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive.
