I went to Sketchers Harbourtown yesterday. I actually only went there to see if the shoes i wanted were on special as I had a gift voucher for Myers and thought I'd probably get them there. I was approached by Sky she asked me if I needed help. At that point I had just realised I had not worn socks. Nothing was a problem. She had disposable stockings to use. Not bad. But no big sales on at the moment. Still we bought 3 pairs of shoes. Very helpful staff
I was served by Taylor and honestly received such lovely customer service. She was friendly, helpful and made the whole experience so easy. Highly recommend Taylor and the Harbour Town team — you can really tell they care about their customers. Will definitely be coming back!
Could have brought the same shoes online for less, not really a factory outlet
I went to Skechers DFO today with a photo of a particular pair of slip-on shoes for my husband. I was welcomed into the bright airy and clean store and served by a wonderful 😊 and extremely helpful staff member. This lovely lady checked my 📸 and "hey presto" my shoes were on the counter. Excellent service, and I have a happy husband. I will be back, for me next time.
