Skechers Corio is definitely the store I’ll be going back to. On Sunday I’d had a pretty disappointing experience at the Waurn Ponds Skechers. I left feeling misled by how the sale was presented and was ready to just shop somewhere else instead. The next day I decided to try Corio first and was served by Rachael. She was really friendly, helpful and understanding, and even apologised for the experience I’d had at Waurn Ponds even though it had nothing to do with her store. Took my mum who is 90 in for a pair of shoes today and thanks to the sales assistant she was able to walk out the store with a pair completely satisfied. He was so courteous and kind and made her feel important . Sorry mum forgot your name but thank you so much for your great customer service will definitely recommend.
