The one staff member who is working (19.11.2025) is doing an amazing job. With a full shop and phone ringing he is being friendly, efficient and calm. Kudos to you young man. You have more patience than me. 🙌💜
Great sales regularly but sizing is limited. The store seems to be understaffed as there’s usually no one around to help.
Went in to buy a pair of shoes gave the girl a shoe off the wall and she went had look didn’t have my size so I said another pair will do if they are wide fit she said ok then turn around and start serving other people and get shoes for them real bad customer service I will never go back and will tell people how bad the service is
Ordered a product coming from here and the speed and efficiency of this team is incredible. Amazing work guys 😀
Absolutely terrible..zero customer service I waited around for ten mins but neither male staff member came to assist. There were no prices displayed either not even on the bottom of the shoe and seeing staff werent willing to assist I ended up walking out.
