Very bad service from the staff. I went there to shop 11 July 2026 after lunch, but their staff said they didn't have my size and directed me to Gateway because my size available there. I went to Gateway, but they said they didn't get any information from Cas and even they even didn't have my size. Worst service ever.
My wife, daughter and I visited the Skechers store in Casuarina today. We spent almost an hour looking at shoes and selected four pairs that we were interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff member started assisting us, but in the middle of serving us, he stopped and began serving other customers instead.
