Beautiful shoes. Terrible service. We were chasing pairs of shoes for our three kids. Instead of receiving any help, we were just barked at by the old lady several times about the bouncy ball machine being broken, despite the kids just checking it out in no unreasonable fashion. Decided to take our business elsewhere.
The weekend staff just didn't want to be there. I anted to know if they had a size 9-10 in ladies running shoes, the staff member typed on the computer for a few seconds and then came back saying there wasn't in the whole of Australia..... Later that night online, I found size 9 in ladies running shoes!!! Lazy staff form my point of view!!!
The woman behind the counter was standing around bitching to a friend about other staff members and completely ignored me. Older woman with a Karen haircut name tag said Tracy
I love love love skechers, the best most comfortable shoes, and the staff in both stores have been great. thanks guys.
Wonderful service on both Friday and Monday with both staff members giving me clear options about how to get the shoes I wanted that were not in stock. I paid for them yesterday at the store and they were delivered to my home today. I am very happy with the outcome.
