Very poor customer service. From 30/12/25 4.45pm- 5.30pm to 31/12/25 9.30am-10.40am called more than 20 times no answer!
Trying to return a pair of shoes but the experience has been very frustrating. I went to the store twice on different days, and both times was told the system was not working and asked to come back again or call beforehand. What was confusing is that the store was still able to sell shoes normally during these visits. A basic return should not require multiple trips due to internal system issues. The issue is not with the product itself, but with the return process and how it is handled in store.
