A pair of shoes 5 months old costing over $100 and the piece you put the Velcro strap through broke they have no warranty and didnt try to help at all....I will never be purchasing this brand shoe again. And they couldn't care.
The customer service was terrible. The lady working the afternoon shift on 5 June seemed completely uninterested in answering any questions. When I thanked her and left, she let out an inappropriate sigh. I then walked to another nearby retail store and purchased the same Skechers shoes, where I received pleasant and professional customer service.
Came 4 weeks in a row never have the sizes we need tried so many different styles and never had any of the sizes dont wast your time going to this place
