I went there to buy shoes for my work. But the staff acted very rude and unprofessional. I asked for size options for these shoes that I liked, they told me it doesn’t come in my size, so I asked them if I can try one size down. They just ignored me. I was standing there for a solid 10 minutes while they were talking to one another behind the counter without acknowledging me. Visited the store on 21/10/2025. Store attendant (Indian female) was not attentive and unmotivated. our shopping experience on this occasion was below average. Customer service needs serious working upon.
