Very rude and unprofessional staff especially the staff on billing counter. They have no common sense and try to mocked. Due to her behaviour, I got upset and feel angry.
You can’t complain about the service ~ there wasn’t any, and they weren’t busy
I had a fantastic experience at the Skechers Fyshwick store. The customer service was outstanding everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Farid took the time to help me find the right shoes without making me feel rushed, and they answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. It's great to see such genuine customer care. I highly recommend the Skechers Fyshwick store and will definitely be back!
Very poor, i had a worst experience with the manager working at skechera canberra outlet today, unprofessional he ia not fit to wortat that level. I buyed a shoe looks to me it did not fit properly looks to me like a manufacturing defect, i tried my best to explain it to him but doesn’t care about it .

He was incredibly helpful and took the time to assist us in finding suitable shoes for my father, who was not with us at the time.
