Went in to look at some shoes tonight as my sketchers need replacing. Two staff members were on duty one mopping, one standing behind the counter, after navigating to get around wet floor to counter to ask the girl a question ( like please don’t come and greet me with a hello or anything, just keep chatting to your coworker) my question as to why my soles on my shoes are wearing down so quickly (2 pairs in 6mths) as a pair use to last a year or more. After being severely disappointed in a shoe shop in hinkler today we decided to go to you guys feeling hopeful for better service. Walked in both girls working didn’t look up, didn’t greet us no help nothing. Mind you not one single customer was in the store at that time. Which leaves two staff literally talking at the register. I literally ended up walking up to the front to actually say to the two women "Hey how are you" one replied good thanks, other lady didn’t bother to look up! What a joke guys Do better!
To the lovely lady who helped me find a pair of shoes the other day , thank you your patience and help was grateful i really appreciate it.
I had an amazing experience at this shoe shop ! The staff are super friendly and helpful and she made the whole experience enjoyable . I found some really cute shoes that fit me perfectly and the prices were surprisingly affordable . Thank you Rebecca !!!
