Extremely frustrating experience. The new salesperson repeatedly brought the wrong sizes despite clear requests, and communication was difficult due to poor English. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and she didn’t even respond when I said goodbye. This shop used to have helpful, polite staff, but the customer service has clearly declined.
Went to buy my daughter a few pairs of shoes to be met by one VERY rude staff member who skuffed at me they don't sell sketchers below a size 5 (although online available much smaller). Very disappointing customer service i will not ever buy from this store.
Just went in to get my partner a pair of good hiking type boots Tuesday 30th April. The lady that was working there could not have been more helpful. I would recommend anyone to shop there. Please keep this employee happy as you don't want to lose her. We will be back.
Called in to buy a pair of sandals for an upcoming trip. I was served by Sarah who was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble including adjusting shoes, trying on a few different pairs until I found the right one for me. Really happy with the individual service I got here, when a lot of places don’t even greet you, both staff members I spoke to were super friendly. So if you find it hard to get shoes to fit, pop in here for some good old fashioned service, thanks Sarah 😉
A few months ago, during a shopping trip in Bunbury, we purchased several pairs of shoes from Skechers for our 4-year-old son. The staff was exceptionally supportive and accommodating. However, after just a few weeks, one of the shoes' lace strap holders broke, despite the fact that he hadn't worn them daily, as he alternates between different pairs.
