Very nice and helpful staff.
My very elderly friend visited the Bunbury store accompanied by her care worker on Tuesday. The male sales person was abrupt with her request to try on some shoes, showed obvious impatience and then disappeared leaving her unable to complete a purchase. There were no other obvious sales people around. Wow, what a horrible way to be treated. Very poor service. My friend won't be visiting the store again and will source her Sketchers elsewhere.
Minus 10 stars !! I purchased a pair of $250 sneakers for long distance walking. As advised by staff that the shoes purchased were suitable. I used them once and had to go home and take them off. They have hurt my knee so bad I can’t walk. The manager or owner John has stated that he will not refund me or help me at all. He advised he will need a medical certificate!! I have lodged a formal complaint with ACCC see pic so we shall see how helpful he is once this is taken further.
Great service from the staff who were knowledge in the style of shoe to suit me and also the best fit for my feet.
Great service...thank you John you were so helpful I really love being served by people who appreciate your business and make shopping easy
