I went this morning to the shop and ask nicely to exchange it and the they refused to do anything they excuse was wear and tear and the shoes shouldn’t been worn daily bare in mind it’s only 4 month old . That was unacceptable when buying shoes over $150 that wouldn’t last 4 months.
