Very bad service I disappointed qith them
The worst brand of work shoes. They promise good quality, but it's not. I tried to return them because the sole came off, and they refused to take them back. I don't recommend this brand. Terrible service.
I went to this store on the weekend. Zero customer service. When I flagged someone eventually, he asked what size I was looking for then promptly said no available size then walked off. Didn't offer further help. After looking further, I found a shoe and the box but couldn't find the other pair so had to flag another person, he did find the shoe and handed to me and walked off. Had some trouble finding the shoe I found online, it was quite busy so I was surprised that the employee was able to notice I needed help, that was nice
Customer Service by the 2 Ladies working was crap not even a hello. They didnt even look like they wanted to be there. Not sure how they got hired.
