Very disappointing experience at Skechers. Staff were not attentive — I had to approach them for help while they were standing around. When I asked for water-resistant shoes, I was shown mesh shoes instead, which was not helpful. The overall attitude felt impatient and unwelcoming. I also felt uncomfortable with the lack of understanding towards my son, who is on the autism spectrum. Expected much better customer service.
Mashfik was incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding six pairs of shoes that I purchased as gifts.
Fabulous variety for an outlet store, staff were very helpful.
Have shopped here several times and have been very impressed by the service we received by a young man called Max. Every time we have been here he has been so helpful. He assists with a smile, good humour and is very efficient. He is truly outstanding and it makes such a difference to one’s shopping experience to have such a helpful person.
The staff are rude and have bad attitude towards customers. I came this store last week
