I am absolutely appalled by my experience at Skechers Birkenhead. The service I received from a middle-aged Asian lady was nothing short of disgraceful. She was, without a doubt, the worst retail worker I have ever encountered. Her rudeness was shocking, and it felt like I was an inconvenience to her rather than a valued customer. Very disappointing experience at Skechers. Staff were not attentive — I had to approach them for help while they were standing around. When I asked for water-resistant shoes, I was shown mesh shoes instead, which was not helpful. The overall attitude felt impatient and unwelcoming. I also felt uncomfortable with the lack of understanding towards my son, who is on the autism spectrum. Expected much better customer service.
