Pathetic customer service. Atleast have 2 staff all the time on weekends. Waited to be served for 45 mins.

Wanted to say sincere thanks to Sam and Ash at the Baldivis store for their help, patience, and kindness! They helped my somewhat difficult elderly mother find the perfect everyday shoes and also socks. They put her at ease, making her feel comfortable to ask questions, and were happy to happy to have a nice chat with her. Unlike most stores that we had been to in the search for her perfect pair of shoes, Sam and Ash made her feel valued and the opposite of an inconvenience. Only one in the store and the lady didn’t even bother to ask if we needed any help. Even after she was asked where a specific shoe was she went on with whatever it was she was doing that was more important than helping the one customer in her store. I tried one shoe on and still the attendant didn’t come anywhere near me to ask if I needed assistance with sizing etc. not once. Totally unacceptable.
