Incredible service from a young man named Log on July 11. He was busy serving multiple people. But he still had patience to get several pairs of shoes in different sizes for me to try on. Thank you so much
I visited the Skechers store at Lidcombe Shopping Centre and had a very disappointing experience. None of the staff were welcoming. I had a simple question about a discount on a pair of shoes, but the woman who appeared to be the store manager completely ignored my question. Instead of helping a customer, she was only focused on rearranging shoe boxes. I have been a Skechers customer for a long time, but after the way I was treated, I will not be shopping with this brand again.
Disgusting and vile behaviour. 1/7/26 my mother went to buy a pair or sketchers, the first worker of Indian ethnicity told her they were on special and they also had a special tag on. Then as my mother went to pay the manager tried charging her full price, saying they weren’t on special. When my mum questioned she grabbed the shoes and tried to be sneaky by ripping the special tag and chucking it on the floor to remove any evidence that it was special.
