Went to Albury store to purchase a pair of sketchers, after no staff approaching us we went to counter to see if they had our size in 2 pairs of shoes, they looked up up and went and got them gave them to us and disappeared. After trying on shoes neither were suitable but we had to try and find other styles to suit until we found a pair. 2 staff in store and neither offered any customer service.
Most bizarre experience with the young saleslady , she was on her phone and I asked can she get me a particular shoe to which she pointed to the phone and turned her back to me 😊. I just walked out .
Oshi & Michelle were SUPER helpful with my kids today. They were both patient beyond belief when my daughter changed her mind and helped find the right style to suit her foot and make sure it “felt” right.
Oshi was very patient and helpful. Super busy and working alone she managed to help 5+ customers at once including a young child and a Deaf customer. She went back to find the right shoe and shoes care for each person individually. 😊
Walked in, no one else in store and completely ignored. Staff then disappeared into rear of store so we left for Myer centre
