It’s unbelievable how this situation was handled at Skechers today. We waited well beyond a reasonable amount of time for assistance, and when I finally asked for help, the lady who responded told me that employees would assist customers who asked first, even though we had already been waiting before others who were helped ahead of us. The lack of awareness, organization, and basic fairness was extremely frustrating and made us feel completely overlooked.
