Really disappointing experience at this store. The staff member serving us seemed more interested in dancing around and talking to someone I assume was her boyfriend than actually serving customers. We were left waiting and it felt like our time wasn’t being respected at all. Staff can have a good time at work, but customer service should still come first. Very frustrating experience.
Ximena (Assistant Manager) was absolutely amazing, patient and so immensely helpful. She went out Hawaii to help me find two pairs of perfect shoes... really appreciate the service that went beyond expectations.

Great service. They didn't have the model I liked in my size and made the effort to track it down in a nearby store without trying to push a different shoe!
