Bought pair of slip ins in white, now left shoe has gone a yellowish but still white in middle, right shoe is fine. Shop refuse to refund or exchange, total con. Shoes obviously have manufacture defect but this shop doesnt want to know
Really disappointing experience at this store. The staff member serving us seemed more interested in dancing around and talking to someone I assume was her boyfriend than actually serving customers. We were left waiting and it felt like our time wasn’t being respected at all. Staff can have a good time at work, but customer service should still come first. Very frustrating experience.
Ximena (Assistant Manager) was absolutely amazing, patient and so immensely helpful. She went out Hawaii to help me find two pairs of perfect shoes... really appreciate the service that went beyond expectations.
