Ximena (Assistant Manager) was absolutely amazing, patient and so immensely helpful. She went out Hawaii to help me find two pairs of perfect shoes... really appreciate the service that went beyond expectations.

Great service. They didn't have the model I liked in my size and made the effort to track it down in a nearby store without trying to push a different shoe!
The team working yesterday were great! The patience they had for myself and my husband led to us buying 3 pairs of shoes because the whole experience wasn’t rushed, they gave us time to try on and decide.
