Had an amazing experience thanks to Emma! I came in to buy my kids a pair of shoes each the other day and Emma was so kind and knowledgeable about sizing and explained what each shoe provided. She measured their feet and got down to there level to include them and help them with picking the right shoes. When there was no sizes in the shoes picked, she went to the effort and brought out multiple different options for both kids. Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes and after wearing them, I experienced significant foot pain. When I returned to the store the next day, the staff (store manager) were not professional, dismissive, and neglected the customer. There was no effort to understand the issue or provide any reasonable solution. This is unacceptable both in terms of product quality and customer service. A huge thank you to BRODIE who treated my 97 year old mum with courtesy and respect. She didn’t feel rushed or ignored. It’s important to acknowledge young people who show humanity to the elderly. This can be lacking in these times. Brodie, you set a good example for others.
