We were treated appallingly today at North Lakes. Waited about 20 minutes to be served. There were 2 staff on and one staff member was serving a mother & child whose child was trying on every shoe in the shop in their size. Went in store on 29/11 at approx 5:20pm there was two workers on and both did not help despite talking about waiting for assistance. Both workers saw us waiting but still did not help. Waited approx 5 minutes, only to leave due to staff being unwilling to help. Really disappointing as the shoes we were after were in stock there and not another store after dealing with rude staff at the other store was hoping for a different response at this store. Disappointed by both stores, will never buy Skechers based on staff interactio... read more
