If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’m a repeat customer at Skechers. For at least 11 years actually as I buy them for work. Went in today 7.7.26, and there was one team member working. She was supporting three elderly ladies. I waited as that’s what you do. An additional elderly lady was served in that time but I continued to wait. Went in store on 29/11 at approx 5:20pm there was two workers on and both did not help despite talking about waiting for assistance. Both workers saw us waiting but still did not help. Waited approx 5 minutes, only to leave due to staff being unwilling to help. Really disappointing as the shoes we were after were in stock there and not another store after dealing with rude staff at the other store was hoping for a different response at this store. Terrible service. Went to get shoes. Told none in my size and then she walked off. No help at all.
Was in the store for 10 minutes not one of the three staff members said a word or asked if I needed help, the store only had one other customer inside. Super disappointing.
