I’ve bought a pair of shoes from market city store. And because they don’t have the stock so they order for me online. And i’ve missed out when delivery come and post office make it difficult when i am picking up from post office because of different surname. Their staff max and area manager john help me out with all the paperwork to bring to post office to declared that my parcel. Really appreciated to Max and john for the good service .

I met the best employee! I went into the store just to look at some shoes, and I was helped in such a kind but not overwhelming way. Even though it was busy, he took the time to help me find shoes in the style I like. He encouraged me to try them on whenever I wanted, and after I tried them, he recommended other options based on how they felt! Really bad service here today, they could have made a sale of two boys school shoes but two workers couldn’t find the second shoe of both sizes ?! How is that possible? and the other worker was walking around like a zombie obviously didn’t want to be there. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with in customer service.
