I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the Skechers store on the ground floor. The staff member who assisted me clearly did not seem interested in being there. Her attitude was rude, unwelcoming, and lacking even basic courtesy. It made for a very unpleasant shopping experience and fell well below the standard I would expect from a reputable brand like Skechers. Guy behind the counter could not have been less interested in making a sale today. He was folding clothes when we approached him and so rude when i asked if he could check for a kids size 11. Came back told me no they didnt have the size and so i asked 'Oh which styles would you have a size 11 in?' To which he told me 'Theres 300 shoes out the back. Its all subjective.' Will not be returning to another Sketchers for a while if thats the customer service experience!!
There is no one to answer or help to find shoes
Went to buy some sketchers today. There was NO Customer Service at all, they couldn't even ask if I needed help. The lady at the counter couldn't even open her mouth And the guy was no different than the lady. This store was on the bottom ground. I will go upstairs next time.
Stephanie helped me to find the right shoe for myself as I was having lot of pain in my right food and ach . Lots of blessings. Thank you for your time , patience and effort.
