Jae was really professional and friendly, bought my first ever sketchers shoes here and will definitely recommed my friend ti come visit here
Had a visit last week and the Korean guy working there I think his name is Jae was really friendly and overall i had a good time and will be back to get more shoes
I went today with my family and it was so busy it was chaos but I wanted applause the girl and especially the Asian guy they worked so hard and amazingly fast, the customer service was one of the best ever me and my family had.they were so kind and to my kids even tho they were running around everywhere. I really recommend coming here they are very knowledgeable and kind
Visited Skechers at MQ Centre with my mum today and had an extremely disappointing experience. The store was busy and there were only two staff working, which I understand. But the attitude from one male staff member was very rude and unhelpful. He was an Asian-looking man, seemed Korean, and often wears a mask. At first he helped bring out shoes for my mum to try.
