So, i visted the store today to buy some comfortable shoes and I was very much disappointed by the staff..they were busy in their own conversation rather than properly helping me..and I don't know that name of the employee but she was giving me dirty looks when I asked if those shoes are on sale...without checking properly they were saying those shoes I am checking out are out of stock..I don't even want to give one star review..I am never going back to this store ever..please hire someone who knows how to handle customer pr... read more

I am incredibly disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service at this store. I purchased a pair of shoes here, and almost immediately, they began causing severe pain to my heels. Upon inspecting them, I found that the inner lining at the back of the heel was completely tearing apart after minimal, standard use. Visited the store today and was about to check the prices of the shoes, was stopped by the young guy there and asked If I needed help, from the shoe type I was looking at I asked him about which one was better priced and he told me to check the prices on the tags in an patronising arrogant way. Was not wasting another second in this store.whats the point in wasting my time asking to help if that's the crape that's delivered. Needs more than training.
The Skechers store is good if those are the shoes you want to buy, they have a good range. There are seats to sit on to try the shoes on. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It has been relocated to the 3rd floor.
