Visited the store today and was about to check the prices of the shoes, was stopped by the young guy there and asked If I needed help, from the shoe type I was looking at I asked him about which one was better priced and he told me to check the prices on the tags in an patronising arrogant way. Was not wasting another second in this store.whats the point in wasting my time asking to help if that's the crape that's delivered. Needs more than training.
The Skechers store is good if those are the shoes you want to buy, they have a good range. There are seats to sit on to try the shoes on. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It has been relocated to the 3rd floor.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience I visited the Skechers store at Westfield Belconnen today, 1 February 2026, around 2:00 PM, and had a very disappointing customer service experience. The sale lady is so rude. Tall and a little dark skin color who works on 6 January ，5pm. She seems like don't want to respond to me at all. Never have such an experience before. Horrible customer service attitude. Although I really like shoes Skechers, can't stand it. I left.
Amazing customer service and more than helpful. No complaints whatsoever. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to find what you are after. I love my skechers and wear nothing else and will continue to shop at the Belconnen store. Natalie, Sayali, Victoria and Fernanda... keep up the great work!!!
