Lucky I knew what I was looking for today, because there was no customer service at all. I would not give them any stars at all if the option was available. The girl gave me 1 shoe and walked off, and my wife had to ask for the other one. These 2 girls in the Civic store today need some serious help in customer service, or just find themselves a new job. So disappointing.
Best pair of shoes I have ever bought. Comfortable light washable and easy to fit into standing up. Great service with a smile. Have now bought 3 pairs.
Thank to Natalie in the Canberra Centre. You just went out of your way to please. Thank you so much. What a champion. Thank you...and the coffee place was good too.
