Its been a long time I am wearing skechers shoe. But this experience is terrible. I recently bought a $200 pair of Skechers and wore them just once, after which they creased noticeably — which was unexpected for a brand new pair. When I visited the store for an exchange, I was disappointed by the behavior of one staff member who was quite unwelcoming and declined my request without much consideration. I’m too scared to go IN STORE to buy any shoes today for my son and myself, because all I have ever worn were Skechers (I grew up in the USA) but I usually buy online. I can’t remember my sons shoe size, so the customer support online said to go in store, but after reading the terrible feedback here (especially the young blonde woman, who I will be avoiding like the PLAGUE!!!!)
