I’m a “get in, get what I need, and get out” type of person—no dilly-dallying. Chloe was efficient, straight to the point, and didn’t use any jargon. She helped me get exactly what I needed. I love that! Thank you. Awesome service.
I came in today and was served by Angelo - incredible customer service from start to finish. I tried on so many pairs of shoes and he was patient, helpful, and attentive the whole time :)
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff member was rude, unprofessional, and did not seem interested in helping at all. This incident occurred today (4 April 2026), approximately 10:30 am . What concerned me most was that I felt I was treated differently and unfairly, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all customers are treated with respect. Note that I was the only customer at the shop so she wasn’t even busy.
The workers here are extremely rude, which seems to match many of the other reviews. I’m honestly surprised this store is still operating with customer service like this. I definitely won’t be coming back or purchasing from Skechers again.
The lady worker very rude my son was eating yoghurt accidentally left a drop of yoghurt on the floor and the woman worker ask me to take him out, so never again going there was about to buy a shoe for my son. Very disappointed
