Worst customer service. Came in yesterday as I was interested in the flats for my one year old, was never greeted when I walked in, i wasn’t even acknowledged, not even a look! All whilst the worker wanted to continue talking nonsense with either the other worker or friend of hers. I was the only customer in the store, I looked at her to see if she was willing to acknowledge me and nope, still wanted to chat away. Walked straight out and will never shop here again.

Went to five different shoe shops and found nothing comfortable apart from Skechers. I currently suffer from Plantar fasciitis which causes sharp stabbing pain in the bottom of the heels. Chloe at Skechers knew exactly what shoes I needed. Skechers Slip-Ins: Arch Fit. These shoes are great, I'm walking pain free Excellent, polite, efficient service.

I’m a “get in, get what I need, and get out” type of person—no dilly-dallying. Chloe was efficient, straight to the point, and didn’t use any jargon. She helped me get exactly what I needed. I love that! Thank you. Awesome service.

I came in today and was served by Angelo - incredible customer service from start to finish. I tried on so many pairs of shoes and he was patient, helpful, and attentive the whole time :)
