I usually struggle to get shoes to fit and that are comfortable but today I was served by Ashleigh, who was so patient and helpful. In the end I got 2 pairs of shoes and was so happy. 5 stars for Ashleigh !
Staff good at customer service
Very disappointing experience.
The girl working in the store was on her phone the whole time. I had to ask for service so decided to walk out in the end.
As someone who only wears Skechers, going instore almost always ends in a purchase. Except today at Karrinyup. Only 1 person working so I waited till she finished serving. And then I waited some more. And some more. When she finally realised that I wanted to try on a pair of shoes, her loud sigh showed how much of a hassle that was.
