The girl working in the store was on her phone the whole time. I had to ask for service so decided to walk out in the end.
As someone who only wears Skechers, going instore almost always ends in a purchase. Except today at Karrinyup. Only 1 person working so I waited till she finished serving. And then I waited some more. And some more. When she finally realised that I wanted to try on a pair of shoes, her loud sigh showed how much of a hassle that was.
29th of Dec went there about 11:30 With my grandma trying to buy her new shoes, some guy pushed in front of us And the guy at the counter told us VERY RUDELY to stay back as if we were pushing in line. And then when we were trying to pay, we asked for the size we wanted to buy and she rudely looked at us and it didn’t say anything took them, came back with a attitude and took our payment. Very bad vibes, makes me extremely sad they treated my grandma that way.
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, all because of one staff member — Christee. We were patiently waiting in line at the billing counter to get our items billed. A staff member with specs was already serving customers when Christee suddenly walked in holding a pair of slippers and casually told him, “You should serve him first.” Even though we were waiting first, he served another customer before us.
