I visited the store recently and got amazing customer service from Jeter and Vincent who were very patient with me, I would 100% go back for any shoe needs. I also had an amazing experience in the days prior with a young man called Tyson who greeted me with a smile on his face and it brightened my day he answered all my questions.
Skechers makes me Happy everytime I walk in and see that bright smile of that young Filipino boy it just brightens up my day, and oh, oh when I look over my shoulder and at the Tall cute boy it just makes me wanna go in there and buy every shoe.
Great service at Skechers Had an awesome experience shopping here today. The store was clean, well stocked, and the staff were really helpful. Special mention to the manager — they were hands-on, checked in to make sure I found the right fit, and sorted out a sizing issue without any hassle. You can tell they set a high standard for the team. Great shoes, even better service. I’ll be back.

On 5th May between 3:30–4:00 pm, I visited Skechers with my sister intending to purchase shoes. I am usually a regular customer, but this experience was very disappointing. One staff member spoke in a loud and impatient tone while we were still trying on shoes and deciding. We were told to “put the shoes back on the shelf” even though we were in the process of doing so properly.
