Really friendly staff and helpful. Manager Jess is a real asset
Nicht viel auswahl für kleinkinder und nur eine verkäuferin. Geh ich nicht wieder hin.
My mother and I had such a pleasant interaction with Ash today. He was extremely product knowledgeable, was polite and very helpful. Even at the end of the day he took his time to find the best sizes for us. We really appreciate your professionalism and customer care.
Great customer service by Smoggy,, thank you for being patient with me while I was trying to decide on which shoe to purchase.
We visted the store on Thursday morning 28 May, It was quiet. We were surprised at how little (none) assistance the 'sales' clerk provided. Initially we said we were happy to look but we spent a considerable time checking out shoes. I thought he might have come over to help. He brought out shoes when asked but didn't hang around to assist, just hid behind the counter. We bought some but no thanks to him. He wasn't a salesman, just a cashier.
