We visted the store on Thursday morning 28 May, It was quiet. We were surprised at how little (none) assistance the 'sales' clerk provided. Initially we said we were happy to look but we spent a considerable time checking out shoes. I thought he might have come over to help. He brought out shoes when asked but didn't hang around to assist, just hid behind the counter. We bought some but no thanks to him. He wasn't a salesman, just a cashier.
Kay was great, had the exact knowledge that was needed and managed to handle a busy store on their own. Honest and genuine about which shoes would work for our needs.
