Stacey from Midland Gate store is absolutely incredible. Stacy went above and beyond to help me locate an exchange of shoes for my granddaughters birthday 19/12. Even after the 4th phone call at this busy time she was always cheerful and polite. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. Merry Christmas
Fantastic service from a gentleman called Liam at the midland shop today. I ordered a pair of shoes online as I don’t particularly enjoy shopping! I brought them in to exchange for a larger size as they were way too small and needed them by Monday. He was extremely helpful and polite and made it a really easy and stress free experience. I visited the Midland Sketchers store today to return a pair of sandals I had bought for my son last Sunday. We needed to return them due to a size issue, and they were also scratching his skin. He only wore them for 5 minutes at home on the same day to check how that fits in his foot. When I went to return them after four days, one of the staff members told me the manager was in a meeting, even though I saw her talking to someone when I entered the store. I visited the Midland store today. 3 staff behind the counter and not one acknowledged that myself & another customer had entered the store, no one approached us to offer any assistance. Found what I was looking for on my own. When I approached the counter to pay I was asked if either of the other staff had assisted me, I told her no one had offered assistance or any type of service. She put my order through, told me the receipt was in the box, no apologies, no smile, nothing. Extremely poor service & I won’t be going back.
