Stacey from Midland Gate store is absolutely incredible. Stacy went above and beyond to help me locate an exchange of shoes for my granddaughters birthday 19/12. Even after the 4th phone call at this busy time she was always cheerful and polite. I would highly recommend shopping at this store. Merry Christmas
Fantastic service from a gentleman called Liam at the midland shop today. I ordered a pair of shoes online as I don’t particularly enjoy shopping! I brought them in to exchange for a larger size as they were way too small and needed them by Monday. He was extremely helpful and polite and made it a really easy and stress free experience. I visited the Midland Sketchers store today to return a pair of sandals I had bought for my son last Sunday. We needed to return them due to a size issue, and they were also scratching his skin. He only wore them for 5 minutes at home on the same day to check how that fits in his foot. When I went to return them after four days, one of the staff members told me the manager was in a meeting, even though I saw her talking to someone when I entered the store.
