I came in with my wife this morning and the lovely lady working was very polite and friendly and she helped us to choose some shoes for my wife she was very helpful.
We were in skecher’s shellharbour city centre on 19/04/26 sunday at 11:30am. There were 2 sales persons there at the time . 2 more customers were there. The staffs there was not at all coming to us or showing no interest with queries we asked. But was very good with all other customers. The thing is we were brown skinned people. We bought the shoes and came back. Very bad experience from them. Never experienced something like this. They should ask their staffs to give equal consideration to everyone regardless of skin colour... read more
I came into sketchers for assistance with buying shoes for a customer. Hayley and Eliza assisted me and ensured that the customer was getting the correct shoes for their work. They always provide top notch customer service and are always happy to work with customers for their needs. 10/10 service. Literally the best shoe shop within Shellharbour square :)

Very rude staff member this morning, trying to put things away as I was still trying them, and just a rude manner. Not going there again.
