Have experienced extremely poor and rude service from staff member janarthan today. Went in looking for an exchange of shoes that did not fit me. Without consultation, Janarthan proceeded to refund my shoes to my credit card. He did not bother to inform me that I could have exchanged for store credit or any alternative refund methods. He had an extremely inhospitable tone of voice and did not display any customer service at all when asked why he proceeded with the refund without any consultaton
The staff working this Saturday noon shift was very helpful and efficient with everyone in the store.
Comfortable shoes, good range. My assistant was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Very nice shop, Jay was very helpful and got me my right size and comfort in less than 20 minutes. Give him a raise!!! Coming from a person who constantly struggles with finding the right shoes including sketchers
Very disappointing experience. The store was messy, staff seemed uninterested, and I waited far too long for help even though it wasn’t busy. When someone finally assisted, they were rushed and unhelpful. For a well-known brand, the service here is well below standard. Won’t be coming back.
