We went to the Moorabin store DFO and had a great experience dealing with . He was extremely helpful even when we found after we got home that one of the laces wer damaged he advised us to return the shoes to our local store saving on significant travel time. Thanks Daniel you are a stare.
Melanie gave us exceptional service when we bought 2 pairs of sandals. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend. 💯
All the staff here are really nice, especially Melanie (hope I got the name right)! She was amazing —friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable. Helped my son find the perfect running shoes, then helped check stock and even called another store to hold the pair my daughter wanted. Really appreciate it!
