I bought a pair of white runners yesterday at 2pm and when I got home I opened the box and noticed that one of the shoes was obviously worn and dirty. I went back into store today at 10am to swap the shoes with a new pair (that were clean) and was treated horribly by the team member working. She refused to swap the shoes and accused me of getting it dirty and said that I could wash it myself. When I showed her the shoes (with one that was very obviously not worn) she still refused. Brought a UNO slip resistant work shoe for my wife and she is not comfortable wearing that at work. But that was recommended by the store person(that specs guy) as it's very good for work wear. Now we felt we got scammed. Guys not recommended to do direct approach, do online research.
I had very poor service from the the gentleman that claimed to be the manager- I wanted to return a pair of shoes that I’d only worn once- they were poor quality & had visible tear after just a couple of hours walking- the manager was very rude & claimed it was “wear & tear” & refused me a refund & then accused me of being rude & said I could try the Superstore in Highpoint -I had no problem there & got a refund without any issues- this manager needs to learn some customer service
Just walked into the store tonight and I was after a pair of shoes and there were 3 people behind the register, not one of them greeted me. I said “bye guys thanks for greeting us” and one woman said “you’re welcome, cya.” She looked like she was the manager as well. Absolutely disgusting and rude. You need a new manager because she’s not being a great role model for her staff not even doing a simple task and saying hello.
We had our first pair of shoes with skechers . Such great customer service with Brenne . She was lovely , sold us 5 pair of shoes at once . Such great sales skills and friendly person . Definetly will come back for more
