I came into Skechers at Warringah Mall looking for Sandals as I have problem feet. The sales girl, Shania, recommended arch fit sandals and they are amazing. Great recommendations and great service. Will be back again.
Lack of customer service. Never returning.
Outstanding service and genuine care I came to Skechers Warringah Mall to exchange a pair of sandals for my father, whose foot is very swollen due to diabetes, and I honestly had no idea what to choose. Not my style to leave reviews but want to give visibility to others that would consider buying items from that store. Experience was really poor from start to finish. The manager that took care of us bluntly refused to give us a discount or do something from selling us a displayed pair of shoes. She kept saying no with a condescending look.
