The customer service was terrible. I went to buy a couple of shoes and the girl was trying to serve too many customers at the same time. It was completely unacceptable — and because of that, I ended up not getting the right shoes. Very disappointing experience.
Just wanted to say thanks to Skanda at Kotara as he was very helpful. Great customer service.
Disappointing visit, after finding 3 pairs of boots & shoes online tge store only had 1 of the 3 were stocked at tge outlet store.
