Great experience at the Skechers Superstore. Hamid was friendly, patient, and helpful, answering my questions and making the process straightforward without any pressure. The store was clean, well organised, and had plenty of options to choose from. I'm happy with my purchase - the shoes are very cushioned and comfortable. I would shop here again.
My experience with Sketchers kotara today was excellent, the shop assistant was very polite and attentive to details and extremely professional. His name is Hamid. I would like to recognise his customer's service ability. Thank you Hamid for your help today. He was patiently explaining all my options for my feet comfort. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Wish to have more like Hamid.
The customer service was terrible. I went to buy a couple of shoes and the girl was trying to serve too many customers at the same time. It was completely unacceptable — and because of that, I ended up not getting the right shoes. Very disappointing experience.
Just wanted to say thanks to Skanda at Kotara as he was very helpful. Great customer service.
