I have been a loyal Skechers customer for years now and today was the first time I was quite distressed by the customer service at Skechers Waurn Ponds, Geelong. My husband and I walked into the store around 4.15pm on Sunday the 12th of July and had made a purchase and walked out by 4.45pm. There was just one sales attendant at the time who was already serving another customer and we were the only other customers in store. By far the best shop ive had here to date went in to look at some shoes and mentioned that a pair i brought recently had a fault the staff member told me that is not right and proceded to replace them 5 stars hands down great job
