Very unprofessional packaging. The shoes were poorly packed, and the shoe box arrived ripped and damaged. I was disappointed with the overall condition of the packaging.
Very disappointed with the service at the Skechers Southland store. I visited to return an unworn pair of shoes within 30 days, as clearly stated on my receipt, but was refused a full refund and told the system would not allow it. A staff member named Haley was extremely rude and aggressive, speaking loudly and gesturing at customers. When I asked to speak with the manager, they were unable to help. I want to say a quick but very big thank-you for the patience and great customer service provided by a male staff member on Saturday 23/06 at around 11am at the Southland store. He was very helpful and understanding while assisting an exchange of a pair of shoes I had mixed up the sizing with. Sometimes it is hard to find a staff member in retail who is willing to take the time to troubleshoot a problem to help a customer but he did this, with no hesitation and was able to find a soultion. Thank-you very much!
Extremely poor customer service the one who has glasses and short hair. Was not helpful at all still when leaving my child wished her happy new year she did not even reply instead she rolled her eyes behind at us. Very rude staff.will never visit here again.
