Went to buy some sketchers and the shop was super busy . But , the solo customer officer held down the joint in a professional manner , serving everyone with a friendly smile .. Yes TOM we noticed , well done young man and Sketchers Manager should give TOM a frigging RAISED ..
My cousin and I needed alot of assistance due to health issues. The handsome young man at Carindale store was extremely patient and professional ~ even under pressure in a busy store by himself. We bought 3 pairs of sneakers and sandals. Absolutely impressed with the customer service we received.
If I could give a zero rating, I would. I went in to the Carindale store today at around 10:30am. I selected a couple of shoes to try on and waited at the counter for a few minutes for an assistant so I could ask for my size, There were 2 other customers in the store at the time, so not busy at all. Paid $70 for shoes that caused pain after 2 weeks of wear. Can't return them as I kept wearing them hoping to break them in and that they would feel better. Denied an exchange and refund. Paying $70 for shoes that fit right and still cause pain then being denied a refund is wild. Never trusting Skechers again. PS: I don't need a fake response to this from Skechers pretending to care. I'd rather just have my money back.
Staff care more about dusting the same spot over and over than helping customers on a busy Saturday. The amount of people that walked in and out without a greeting was nuts. If I did that at my retail job I wouldn't have a job. Worth noting as soon as it did get busy this particular team member seemed to vanish out the back. I made my purchase online with a different retailer because they had it cheaper and sketchers wasn't willing to price match.
