I’m quite excited about writing this review on Sketchers at Glendale NSW .. I have a debilitating neurological illness that’s effecting my mobility and I’ve hunted everywhere for a pair of slip on slides that are non slip ( wet veranda) supportive , good fitting and I won’t walk out of them.Id never buy shoes online but what was a pleasure was a young lady called Luica.She is a beautiful person .. very helpful and genuinely interested in why I needed the shoes I was looking for.She took the time to ask and proceeded to match... read more
Took a pair of shoes in today that were faulty (less than 3 months old& the sole was detaching from the base) & the young female couldn't have been less helpful...was told if the shoes were older I could maybe get a refund (makes no sense whatsoever) & the boss who was there but not actually working was putting in her 2 cents also (being unhelpful) not in a hurry to rush back to the store
Great range of shoes available here at Skechers shoe shop at Glendale and really good service from Lucia who I bought a pair of slip ins Skechers with the air cooled memory foam insole. They were very comfortable , and not a bad price in comparison to other shoe stores I have visited in the past. Both employees , Shanneey and Lucia were super friendly at the shop.
I would like to give a huge thank you to a lady named Jess from sketchers in Glendale as she helped my mum with an issue and couldn’t be more helpful, as my mum had a horrible week and this made her feel so much better so thank you so so much xx
My elderly mother had some shoes delivered and she spoke so highly of of the service and staff at this store. Thank you on behalf of the family.
